The email used to register the account will be considered the account owner and will have the right to request assistance through our support channels. You are solely responsible for all activities on your account and must immediately inform us if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Your Content
You are responsible for all content on your website, including images, videos, audio, design elements, logos, fonts, texts, and more. Jublr does not monitor your content and is not liable for any content lost or deleted due to use of our Platform. You own all intellectual property rights associated with your content and grant Jublr a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content as necessary to provide the Services.
We may feature your website for marketing or promotional purposes, such as on our Showcase page or social media. You grant us the right to use your website, including any trademarks or logos, for these purposes unless you opt out by contacting support@jublr.com. This section does not affect any rights under applicable data protection laws.
Your Obligations
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Jublr account credentials.
You must provide accurate and current personal information at all times.
You own or have the rights to use any content uploaded to your website.
Your content must not be illegal, harmful, or infringe on any rights.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account.
You may not upload malicious code, scam content, or content that violates any applicable laws.
You cannot harm Jublr's reputation through false or misleading statements.
Violation of these obligations may result in the suspension or termination of your account without a refund for any services already paid for. Users who violate these terms may be prohibited from creating new accounts.

Jublr does not endorse such content and is not liable for any user content available through the Services. Fees

Payments are charged in advance based on the chosen subscription period, and refunds are available within the first 30 days of purchasing a new subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the term.
Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Jublr account. Jublr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for non-compliance with these Terms or failure to pay fees. Upon termination, all data associated with your account will be deleted.
GDPR & Email Marketing
Jublr is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with GDPR. We use Customer.io for email marketing and will only send you communications if you have given explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Warranty & Disclaimer
Jublr strives to maintain the Services with minimal errors and interruptions. However, the Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jublr and its affiliates against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms..
